Hi, and thank you for ten months with Rightee. This isn't the experience we want you to have, and I'm sorry the recent update has let you down. First, your data: it isn't gone. When rounds save and then disappear, we can almost always restore them. This isn't something other golfers have reported to us, which is exactly why I'd like to look at your account directly and find out what's happening. We've already emailed you a couple of times with the questions and detail we need, so the quickest fix is to reply to one of those (or write to us at contact@4precision.co.uk). We'll recover your rounds and get to the bottom of the tracking issue with you. Your points on competition use and tee selection are fair and we’ll get that sorted for the next update. We read every review and we're not going anywhere. Please get back to us so we can fix this properly.

We’re really sorry to hear this, that’s not the experience we want at all. This isn’t something we’ve been seeing from other users, so we’d really like to get to the bottom of it with you. If you can email contact@4precision.co.uk with your iPhone model, iOS version, and anything you noticed before the freeze started, we’ll sort it out ASAP and make it right for you.

Thanks for reporting this, and we are very sorry about the frustration. This was a temporary issue that occurred for a couple of days and has since been resolved. You should now be able to use the Wind & Weather compensation feature normally, without the pop-up blocking the app. If you notice anything else, please let us know. We really appreciate you flagging it!
