Really enjoy the content and types of sessions GG offers, however would love to see increased app functionality - ability to see sessions I’ve listened to already, create a playlist of sessions, track progress if I’m listening to a 7 day course (they’re hard to find again). Just some general organizational type fixes would make the app more user friendly and efficient.

Helps me get into the zone before a round and very informative.  I like the feature to choose where I am and get relative sessions based on my location.  I enjoy the different lessons.   I do wish membership was a bit cheaper though, 8.99 for 1 month is a bit steep but the other options for 3 and 6 months are much more appealing, since I wouldnt pay for a year seeing that I golf around 4-5 months out of each year anyways.

I do recommend this app overall a 4 out of 5 :)

This app is the best hands-on resource I’ve ever found for improving mental skills to lower your golf scores. I love the guided practice sessions as they are extremely effective at helping to translate mental concepts to the course, where they can really make an impact. I also really enjoy the guided meditation sessions that help to teach breathing, focus, calmness methodologies that you can use to clear the mental clutter that shows up on the golf course.

This app is an incredible resource for improving your mental skills to make playing golf more enjoyable and lower your scores. I love the guided practice sessions as they provide a structured way to translate mental game skills into your actual practice / play. The guided meditation sessions are also really effective at improving your focus and ability to reduce the mental clutter that can easily creep up on the golf course!

Golf Guru is now my go to for mental game help. I’ve been heavy user of Headspace for a long time and Golf Guru is essentially a specialized Headspace. It’s absolutely amazing. I love that there are sessions for the drive on the way to the course. It has helped me mentally prepare in so many ways pre-round, in-round, and post round. The Gratitude session was a game changer for me. I’m very thankful this app exists.
