### 5/5 — Good golf

*2024-04-15, version 1.16*

If you kinda like golf this is amazing if you really like golf then you need help x

### 5/5 — Amazing

*2024-04-09, version 1.16*

This game is great for relaxing and keeping busy. Honestly really glad I downloaded it.

### 5/5 — Great and nice experience

*2024-04-02, version 1.16*

Simple and swift 👌

### 5/5 — Exactly what I wanted in a golf time killer.

*2024-02-01, version 1.16*

Feels good. Physics mostly make sense. Ads are not intrusive, and only run every couple of rounds, as opposed to the “after each level” method found on many other games. Oddly beautiful backgrounds for a pixel art game. I appreciate this game. Thanks.

### 5/5 — Simple Fun

*2023-12-06, version 1.15*

Very relaxing, but challenging, gameplay. Love it.

### 5/5 — Crazy Game

*2023-09-13*

Love how you can fight a boss every 5 levels and use the golf bat to kombo him. Even better when you hit his head off and use it as the ball golf ball for the next levels. Best game.

### 5/5 — Nicely challenging and customer friendly.

*2023-08-21, version 1.15*

Golf Odyssey 2 is a nice simple golfing game where you have to chip in a ball on various levels, with courses being in groups of around 9 levels at a time. The challenge is fun and fair enough, and ads are not forced onto you at all which is nice. Most games with really short levels like this tend to be loaded with ads but it’s nice that you can play through it without any if you want.

### 5/5 — A well crafted Game

*2023-07-31, version 1.15*

Courses are made fair with the ability and capability of the player in mind, with the courses gradually getting more difficult and requiring the User to use their ingenuity for more challenging areas. Quite relaxing and even thrilling when I complete a difficult course. One very underrated game.

### 4/5 — Good game

*2023-07-29, version 1.15*

Dun and addicting!

### 4/5 — Decent game, but over 430 megs!?

*2023-07-25, version 1.15*

Don’t get me wrong, I enjoy the game’s simple controls, its laid back soundtrack, the pleasing graphics, (as far as 2D pixelated art goes). But how in the world do you use up 430 megs to make a simple 2D pixel art game that should easily weigh in under 100 megs?
It’s either extremely bloated coding, or the app is full of over 300-350 megs of garbage that nobody needs on their device. In either case I think the developer should do better.
Again, it’s a pretty good game, but I think there are some good alternatives.
If you’re into the retro pixel art look, then check out Pixel Pro Golf. It’s 3D pixel art and yet it’s still under 100 megs! If you prefer smooth, non-pixelated art, the Super Stickman Golf series is fantastic, and yup, it’s under 100 megs.

### 5/5 — Why is max power 98 (not 100)?

*2023-07-21, version 1.15*

..

### 5/5 — Great Game!

*2023-07-04, version 1.12*

if you have patience...but even through it hard it feels so good when you complete a level

### 1/5 — Don’t force me to rate

*2026-08-30, version 1.17*

I don’t appreciate when fake force you to rate

### 1/5 — Forcing a 5 star review

*2025-04-08, version 1.16*

If you have to force a 5 star review on people in order to continue playing a game, that’s an automatic fail. Game is, eh, ok. Constantly being interrupted by a cyber begging paywall.

### 1/5 — 4+? THEN WHY IS THERE LITERAL PORN IN ADS?!

*2024-03-05, version 1.16*

Not a parent, just don’t feel like being blasted with pornography of REAL (not even animated) WOMEN in ads while playing this game. Do better.

### 2/5 — Not enough holes

*2023-06-14, version 1.0*

You can make it to the final rank and run out of content pretty quickly if you’re good.

### 3/5 — A Game at Odds with itself

*2024-04-27, version 1.16*

When I first installed Golf Odyssey 2, I found myself really enjoying it. Initially it seemed like there was a good balance between challenge and reward. As you try courses, you earn gold which can be used to upgrade your power. Having a hard time with certain holes? Maybe giving yourself more powers will make things easier. It was a good push and pull…

And then I progressed to harder courses, and this tension become opposition. The problem with this system is the game can become too unbalanced. If you’re really struggling with a course, meaning you’re stockpiling a bunch of gold, and you keep upgrading your player to display more power, now all of a sudden it gets way too hard to fine tune your shot to have just the right amount of power. A good example of this is found in Hole 4 of the ‘Veteran’ course. I was able to consistently make this shot at full power by bouncing it off the middle island, over the peak of the next one, and down close to the hole for an easy albatross. Then I upgraded my player because I had earned enough gold. Now my full power shot sends me into the water, and trying to add slightly less power becomes an issue because an micro movement has way too much impact on the shot, making it practically impossible to consistently fine tune my shot. The smallest difference means the ball doesn’t go far enough and bounces into the water.

This creates a frustrating experience for the player that eventually punishes them for leveling up their player too quickly too early, and with no way to adjust your power level after you’ve upgraded sours the experience.

One other thing I noticed that I think may be more of a bug than anything else is occasionally the corners around the holes on the courses occasionally have a slight bump to them that causes the ball sometimes to bounce over the hole rather than roll in. I have tried to reproduce this consistently and have been unable to find what causes is sometimes rather than others. This can also be frustrating because you have a shot that should be a hole in one, but due to the bug the ball bounces over the hole and messes things up.

Golf Odyssey 2 is a fun game, and despite these frustrations I still find myself playing it, because it does feel rewarding after you complete a course that was giving you challenge. But my expressed frustrations definitely make it harder and harder to go back to as time goes on.

### 3/5 — Not my cup of tea

*2023-06-13, version 1.0*

Is this supposed to be zen? Artistically soothing but ultimately boring. I only give it 3-STARS for the visual aspect.

### 4/5 — Pretty good

*2025-05-17, version 1.16*

N CNN I

### 4/5 — Great game, missing something

*2024-01-25, version 1.16*

This is one of the prettiest and most satisfying games i’ve ever played on a phone, and I’ve put many, MANY hours into it.

The only reason it doesn’t have a perfect score is because I wish it had a shop that sold items. After you max out your level, there isn’t anything to buy, so you just collect thousands of coins for nothing. If I could spend these on something, it would be perfect

### 4/5 — Good

*2023-09-30, version 1.15*

Good relaxing game play but it starts of a bit easy

### 4/5 — even better than the first game

*2023-08-08, version 1.15*

this game is fantastic. simple but challenging, and rewarding whenever you beat a course. only issue I’ve noticed is a glitch with the upgrade system. if you level up but then exit out of the menu too quickly you will be charged the coins but not level up, so your money is gone with nothing to show for it. I’ve noticed this happened twice and it’s frustrating. something for the developer to fix, and for other users to beware of.

if it wasn’t for this one glitch I’d give it 5 stars easily.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Love it

*2026-06-15, version 1.17*

Super fun and rage baits you way less then the first one

### 5/5 — Casual fun

*2026-05-06, version 1.17*

Simple and addictive casual game

### 5/5 — Flawless design

*2025-04-04, version 1.16*

This game is a work of art. With simple, yet captivating art style, it drags you in from the start. The sound design is extremely relaxing, from the calming soundscape to the satisfying sound effects of the ball landing. Thank you, Rubén Pecellin.

### 5/5 — Beautiful game

*2025-03-12, version 1.16*

Satisfying, relaxing, easy to pick up and have a quick game.

I love the ambient music and I have a suggestion ..

Make it so you can use your coins to purchase more ambient songs and you can collect “records” for a jukebox to play. Will give more meaning to getting coins and not just for power upgrades

### 5/5 — Really fun game

*2025-03-03, version 1.16*

The adds are nearly never in you’re face, and the animation is some of the best I’ve seen. The level design is also just a master peace. But their is the problem where some levels require you to level up you’re character alot. But despite that the game is very fun to play

### 5/5 — underrated

*2024-12-31, version 1.16*

totally worth a try, cool mechanics. better than last one because more versatility. should add more purpose to coins like emotes and cosmetics. more gamemodes. bring back daily challenges!

### 5/5 — Fun yet raging🗿💀🌞🍷🙊🪨😭👾

*2024-11-10, version 1.16*

This is a fun yet raging game, like the title says. It is pixelated, which does make it pretty easy on the eyes. Plus, pixelated design does also look really cool, but maybe that's just me. I like figure out different ways to get hole in ones by aiming the little arrow at the ground and watching it defeat Newton's laws of gravity. I do also think that this game can be a bit annoying be but it'd be pretty cool if I had like a wind system well like if you hit it in this place, but the wind is blowing in that place then it's gonna land over there. That's why I like this game you should get it. Yay.🌞🌞🌞😭😭😭

### 5/5 — Sigma

*2024-10-15, version 1.16*

Its so challenging to play but very fun

### 5/5 — Calming, peaceful, addictive.

*2024-07-25, version 1.16*

A very simple game which never stops being fun. The soundtrack is lovely, which is great for a bit of mindfulness, the ads aren’t intrusive making free to play a joy. A wonderful game made with respect to those of us who need 5 minutes to ourselves. Highly recommended.

### 5/5 — Great game for chillin

*2024-05-07, version 1.16*

Amazing game for chillin can waitin or just for fun
