## What is Golf Solitaire?

Golf Solitaire on cards you can read at arm's length, with nine-hole rounds and a daily challenge. No ads, ever. No account.

Clear the seven columns onto the foundation, one card at a time: any card one rank higher or lower goes, whatever its suit. A 7 takes a 6 or an 8, an 8 then a 9 or a 7, and runs grow as long as you can see them. Kings and aces wrap round, so a run can turn the corner, and four Wild cards are shuffled in: a Wild plays onto any card, and any card plays onto a Wild. Stuck? Turn the next card from the stock. Every card in the columns is face up from the start, so every move is yours to plan, and a game takes a few minutes.

POINTS FOR EVERY CARD
Every card you play scores, and more the longer your run. Clear the table for bonuses: a time bonus that counts down as you play, a bonus for every stock card left over, a run bonus for long runs, and one for the clear.

EVERY DEAL CAN BE WON
Every new deal is checked by a real solver before you see it, so a loss is never the cards' fault. No lives, no waiting to play the next one.

NINE-HOLE ROUNDS
• Play a round of nine deals, one a hole, each scored in points
• A scorecard keeps every hole and the round's total, and your best round
• Quick Play for a single deal when that's all the time you have

CARDS YOU CAN READ
• Every deck has the biggest corner index we could fit, readable at arm's length
• Tap a column to play its card, tap the stock to turn one
• A run counter cheers you on as a run grows
• Portrait and landscape, iPhone and iPad

HELP WHEN YOU WANT IT
• Undo as far back as you like, even after closing the app
• Hints that come from the same solver
• How to Play, shown on real deals
• Prefer the 52-card game? Turn off the Wild cards in Settings

A DAILY CHALLENGE
One deal for everyone each day, always winnable. Miss a day and it's still there to play later, and a calendar crowns every day you win.

A REASON TO COME BACK
• Three daily goals, stars and a level to climb
• A day streak, with freezes for the days you miss
• Share any deal as a link and see who clears it faster

EVERY GAME COUNTED
• Statistics: games won, win rate, wins in a row, your high score, your fastest win, your longest run, your best round
• Eleven achievements, from your first clear to a run of twenty
• Game Center achievements and leaderboards, from games won and your longest run to the best round and the daily's fastest time, if you use it; nothing if you don't
