I did not see where you have offered to buy back products. ### 1/5 — Link golf Buddy smart to Apple Watch difficult *2022-07-18* After a day & half finally linked. Distances on Apple Watch 58 yards different than golf Buddy watch. ### 1/5 — I cancelled my subscription but was still charged *2021-11-16* I used the new Apple Watch app, but was dissatisfied with it overall. I liked the old cast function much better. I cancelled the trial subscription 3 days before the expiration, but I was still charged the subscription fee. Sorry, but please request a refund at "reportaproblem.apple.com". ### 1/5 — Must have WiFi along with Bluetooth for operating *2021-08-04* I recently got the Golfbuddy Aim V10, and thought that I’d be able to send a Bluetooth signal from the device to an iPad. For those thinking of using this app this way, be forewarned that this app requires WiFi along with a Bluetooth connection in order to work. A person could use their phone data connection to get this done, so there may be data usage costs involved. Also, while using this app, I was unable to use the ball mark function with my device. This app may be more trouble than it’s worth. ### 2/5 — Needs More Cellphone Integration *2021-05-20* The way ch is awesome but more integration is needed to capture information such as the user’s steps. Note that golf is excise and so is walking. Looking at other watches and the other ways GOLFBUDDY can capitalize in the health of the average golfer. ### 1/5 — Crashes before finishing set up *2021-04-27* I have tried several times to register and when I get to selecting my state, the app crashes and I have to start again . **Developer response:** We apologize for any inconvenience. Which club in which state were you trying to update? What about updating other clubs in different states? Let me know and I'll check it out. A great addition to the app would be the ability to track some round information such as score, putts, and other info. The golf buddy (not the app) works very well. I really like it. Made sure Bluetooth was on. Followed directions to use my laptop to change the voice. However I get a failure notice each time. Wrote to Golfbuddy and was told remove the app, upgrade to the latest IOS, reload the app and try again. Guess what? No difference, same message. Horrible. After two attempts got it working on my pc. **Developer response:** Sorry for the inconvenience. Haven't been able to update in over two years and now my Golf Buddy is 25 yards off half the time. Have to use the actual golf buddy device (watch). However the academy course was changed a few years back but the update does not reflect the hole sequence. Admittedly the watch knows where I am playing but the hole number is incorrect.
