The watch UI, however, is trash. Yardage goes in and out. Doesn’t give you hazard distances. The need to pull out your phone as you stand over the ball and choose a club is very cumbersome anywhere on the course but especially around or on the green. I wish I could just advance shots on the watch and fill in the club info later. The watch integration only shows info for distance to green. I’ll finish 9 and look at the card and like 2-3 holes are missing. The watch (Apple watch) can be flaky with switching to green view while still in the fairway and it’s not obvious how to change back to get the center/front/back yards to hit approach. I stopped using your product within a week of subscribing because it was that bad. Customer service was completely worthless, no help, no solutions, no effort, just a total waste of time. Honestly, I’ve had better run organizations at a putt-putt course. At least putt-putt sets the expectation that it’s cheap, chaotic, and a little broken. Your company charges like a serious business and delivers less professionalism than a windmill obstacle and a faded scorecard. I would not recommend this to anyone. ### 1/5 — Removed the best feature *2026-03-05, version 9.1.4* Plastered all over their site was the watch app with a full hole layout. Buy the app and find out it’s been updated to remove that and the refused a refund even though the website still had those images. Bring back that feature it was literally the only reason to use this over any other app. ### 1/5 — Golfer bill *2026-03-05, version 9.1.4* This app is terrible now. I can’t track yardage of clubs. I can’t skip the track the reading of putts. I want to add what stokes I had on each hole such as putts, chips, bunkers etc.This was possible before I the app was an update. Once in premium you cannot go back. I can get yardage to front middle and back of green. Too confusing to deal with on the course. ### 1/5 — Horrible experience *2025-12-29, version 9.1.4* I purchased a monthly subscription from the Apple Store using my Apple account and downloaded it to my iPhone. I tried to use the app for a round of golf. I had entered all my clubs and distances and the app worked until halfway through my round. At that point it started making me Demeter all my clubs but the app wouldn’t save them so it became an endless loop of trying to renter the clubs I wanted to use for the round. In addition the app stopped recording the scores I entered. In short, using this app became a horrible time consuming distraction and really degraded enjoying the round. The straw that broke the camels back was the fact that the app kept confusing adjacent fairways and couldn’t determine where I was in the course. I submitted a support request asking to cancel the subscription and I received a snotty note that they don’t issue refunds and that I had to go through Apple. Believe me I will. I do not recommend this app to anyone. In my opinion , it is a sub standard app with poor functionality and terrible customer service. I believe there are better apps on the App Store which are more affordable. ### 2/5 — They completely changed it *2025-12-25, version 9.1.4* I bought premium because their own videos showed great watch interface. Apparently this summer they updated the app and now it’s been completely revamped and no better than any other app now. I wanted the hole overview and targeting and that is now missing from the watch. Hole19 has this. Check on Reddit other people are very frustrated with this as well. No support! *2026-05-05, version 9.1.5* So I searched the apps for the best golf GPS app I could find I came to golf logic at first with just a simple task of tracking distance on fairway. Everything else just didn’t seem to work right. At least not for me supposed to be able to track my clubs, wasn’t able to do that. The app would freeze up. On various hole would put me on the green putting when I was on my approach so I turned to golf logic tutorials. They must be an older version because a lot of of the information was showing how to use features or how to use that I didn’t have even in the app support. All it is is showing you what features are but not how to use them. I took it out. On the course and wound up not using it because it took too much time on holes probably me I don’t know. I suggest update tutorials that show exactly step-by-step how to use the app ### 1/5 — Jacked up the price *2026-05-03, version 9.1.5* I have used GolfLogix for years and never had an issue with the $49.99/year price tag. The app at that price point no longer offers the same basic yardage finders. Now it’s just tee to green or pay for ‘premium’ to have more precise yardages on a hole. It’s become a fancy score card if you subscribe to Plus. I’ve cancelled my subscription and will simply use the free service offered by the USGA. Thanks for the memories GolfLogix. Shows me as guest & keeps prompting to take out premier membership with no option to open my champion membership. The outages are spot on and your ability to check on potential shots is a godsend for avoiding poor decisions.
