Can’t locate golf course, can’t open any shop or way to buy points. Useless

**Developer response:** We're sorry to hear about you experience. There was indeed a bug in a previous version of the app, that meant location didn't always work as intended. 

That issue has been resolved, and we hope you'll give the app another chance.

Connecting with Google didn’t work so I had to create an account but the birth date selection was a blank scroll wheel so almost impossible to enter. Then the Shop section just loads indefinitely. Completely useless.

We're sorry to hear about you experience. There was indeed a bug in a previous version of the app, that affected the date of birth picker. That issue has been resolved, and we hope you'll give the app another chance.

Essentially at one one time this app was easy. It has been re-written and now is a pain in the neck. When you go to tap it immediately shuts down and the phone goes to a card payment. What was wrong with the old app now it’s way to complicated to use. I have changed it multiple times to dispense to 100 balls and when you eventually get the tap to work it dispenses 70 balls is this to rob you!! Get it sorted it’s a mess.

Logging in with Google sign in send you an alert that you’ve been logged in on a pixel 2 devices. 
To select a driving range you are forced to enable location and taken to the ios app settings page, however location does not on the permissions that can be granted.

I’m honestly amazed this passed the iOS App Store QA process. The app is non-functional.
