Suddenly, I can not pull up the GPS for the past two months. Another golfer in my group has it and it works on his IPhone. ### 3/5 — Can’t create account *2024-10-04* I’d probably rate this app higher if, when I try to create an account, it didn’t ask me for my password and then tell me I’ve given the incorrect password. Not having an account makes it difficult to give the correct one. ### 4/5 — If it had Apple Watch capabilities *2024-09-07* If it had an Apple Watch capability, this would be my go to app! so as of now, I still have to keep using 18Birdies so I can just look down on my watch to see the yardage without having to carry my rangefinder! Everything else on the app is very simple. The app cannot function without access to your data plan. Given the mountains at Sequoyah National, you’re not always going to have a signal. That’s not the only case. I updated it a couple days ago as I have not golfed in around a year and this new update makes it virtually unusable! It takes multiple minutes to give me the option to “play now” and even when the GPS loads a course it will not even let me put my score in or even go to the next hole as it will just load and force me to close the app all together… I hope a fix comes quick for this as this is why I hardly ever update my apps. ### 3/5 — Handicap Issue *2024-07-04, version 1.8.16* Overall I like the app for competing with friends and tracking in round scores. However the handicap portion does not seem to work. I am. 15 handicap and the app gives me 14 to 19 strokes depending on the course we play. My friend is a 14 handicap and it gave him 25 strokes on our last round. Not sure what’s up with the calculation. Won’t use app for net scoring on competition's. Adding Venmo or a payment gateway for paying bets would be awesome. It is intuitive and I think Golf Now is making great progress. Hopefully, they continue to push new updates and fine-tune the app. ### 4/5 — Almost perfect *2023-10-15* I have tried a lot of apps. Some of them paid. They are all a disappointment. The Grint, 19 bides and a few others. The are not intuitive, or don’t track basics. Everyone has been distracting and frustrating during the round. Golf complete is by far the best. Wish it would track greens in regulation. It tracks fairways, puts and penalties. Gives you front middle back and adjusted for elevation approach distances. I think it is misssing match or skins play. Can’t remember which. When I play with a buddy we track as many different typess of games as possible so someone gets a moral victory. Can’t do all at once if I remember. What I do know is that I keep trying other paid apps and by hole three I am closing the app and opening golf complete and entering the past holes. Pleas add GIR then I will never try another app. Thank you! ### 3/5 — Good app but could be better *2023-10-09* This is not the app I normally use but have been using it for my Monday morning round with my friends so that we could all use the same app and see everything as we go. Unfortunately we are a fivesome and this app only allows for 4 unless you add another group which then has to be scored by someone the person that is in that group on his own. The gps is ok but the transition from gps to scoring could be better. After you put in the scores and press done I would think it would go back to gps but you have to make it go back to gps. Issues with logging scores. When you enter, they don’t always save - and then it logs it as an incomplete game at the end. Also, you can’t see invitations from other users and where are the invites when you’re added by others? It’s nowhere to be found in the app. ### 1/5 — Can’t login *2026-02-26, version 2.1.2* This app used to be so good but they have a major bug. For the last 6 or so months I login then immediately it says my login expires. I pay for a GN subscription and I’m looking to get my money back.
