When you pick a show it just spins and spins. After a minute or two it might play but usually just stops. You have to hit pause, play again. It might take 5 minutes to start a show. Then if you pause or finish an episode it happens all over again. Used that app for years with new starting when the update was released. Hopefully you can fix it soon. Also, please update how the app handles rewatching a show. It continues to go back to episode 2 after every episode and starts episodes that you’ve already watched at the end. So if you are not paying attention you click episode 7 but it starts and then goes to next episode which it thinks is always episode 2. I even rewatched episode 2 to get it to stop it still always wants to GoTo episode 2 and rewatching starts at the end of the episode. Maybe there’s a better way to handle that flow when rewatching a season 6 months later. Love the content so please fix the Apple TV app so I can continue to enjoy it. Thanks, B ### 2/5 — Early renew *2026-01-07, version 2.33.0* GolfPass renewed my subscription. A day early which caused me to have to spend 1/2 hour online trying to cancel. This also caused peacock to charge my account and surprise to me is that they have no phone number for customer service and no way to get a refund on the app. If you sign up for GolfPass make sure not to use a normal credit card. Says “can not post please try again”. Repeat tries are unsuccessful. ### 2/5 — Long ways to go *2025-07-22, version 2.30.0* App is sluggish at times, won’t rotate the video to horizontal form and you see ads even when you’re a paid member. You have to reorient your screen after each video. ### 1/5 — Customer Support Disappoints *2025-02-14, version 2.27.0* Despite being a GolfPass+ member, I have been locked out of videos that were supposed to be included with the membership. Instead, my video access has been limited and full of ads. Also, the GolfPass points expire one year from their date of issue, unlike virtually all other loyalty programs where points only expire if you stop collecting points. That is not disclosed anywhere obvious in their marketing materials or description of their points. They give no warning ahead of the expiry of the points. So there is absolutely no value in accumulating the points. Redeem them as soon as you get them. I spent over an hour with customer service regarding these issues and they were not resolved to my satisfaction. ### 4/5 — Love all these tips. *2024-11-25, version 2.25.0* So many of these videos are so helpful no matter what age you are. We all need some correction in our game every once and a while. As a PGA PGM Affiliate Level 1 player, I am always looking for easy swing thoughts for my game and to help all students learn proper techniques to improve. Golf Pass has succeeded in providing simple examples and proper training videos with instruction to improve anyone’s golf game. From the short game, putting, full swing & fitness, they have covered it all. Emails pop in every week & I can’t wait for the next video. The representative was dismissive and repeatedly interrupted me, leading me to end the call without a resolution.
