Seat 39 doesn't exist and we had to wait almost 2 hours standing on the 216B entrance like a fool until the SV replaced our seat in 209 section Cat 5 seats, which cost RM498 each. Do we get refund? The app constantly crashes upon opening, especially during ticket sales. I have been trying to access the app since yesterday but to no avail. You’d think that they’d learn from their mistake and improve for the better, but here we are, still facing the same old issue sonce day one.
