Hard to set up date and time. Sadly, I’ve owned 3 of their cameras and the app never seems to work. You have to turn off data on your phone. Than connect to goluk via WiFi and open the app. I been having issues trying to connect directly to camera. I purchased an addition cam for another vehicle and find the app now does not connect to the cam. When will Goluk address this issue? I can’t view live video or even get into the recorded videos with my iPhone 7. I have to use an iPad to get to the videos. Please fix! When? You are still selling these cams. First of all if you do not turn off your cellular, the Wi-Fi will not connect to the camera. You must turn off your cellular first. Great app great camera they have never EVER given me a problem. However the last few app revisions have been horrible and crash and lacking individual motion detection and or g-shock auto captures. As of the latest version. The app crashes if I am connected to wifi. I literally have to turn off wifi every time I launch the app and then once The app boots reconnect to the wifi at that point. And yes I do mean even the goluks own wifi spot. It’s horrible. And it never used to be this way. Please fix it! I really REALLY like my goluk T3 but this app stability problems and them removing features are unsettling. ### 2/5 — Great camera, but cannot download videos *2020-03-13, version 3.0.6* Always gets disconnected midway when downloading a video. Used to connect automatically. but now, i have to really make sure its connected by going through the settings app. Even then it would tell me to connect. Im not really sure if its connected until i browse my album. Nobody to help ### 2/5 — iPhone, iPad issues *2019-12-09, version 3.0.3* Constant issues trying to access videos with my iPhone Xr and iPhone SE, both are updated and won’t download the videos, get partway through then freezes, my old iPad mini works somewhat, but some of the buttons in the app overlap on the iPad mini and are inaccessible, and do not work. Hopefully issues gets fixed or the camera is largely unusable from the wifi function. Still works with old iPhone with older iOS. Really needs update but GOLUK no longer trading I expect. Also unable to get firmware files to update cameras. Shame, was great hardware at a good price. I have 2x Goluk T1, 1x Goluk T2, 1x Goluk T3. Used as front and rear cameras in two cars. Amazing cameras, and this app so easy to view and download clips. Only downside is that in late 2022 it seems impossible to update firmware for some reason??? Works every time in Texas weather and even peak Arizona summer without any issues. It has spotted several accidents in front of me and every time I use my iPhone to pull video it has worked. The App has worked every time I needed also. Но есть не удобная така штука, я поворачиваю ключ зажигания видеорегистратор включается, далее заводу двигатель он отключается. Помогает только из прикуривателя штекер вынуть и обратно вставить.
