Theres no other app that I use other than this. Its easy to use and understand this. ### 1/5 — HADI WAHAB FIX UR APP!! *2026-05-29, version 7.1.7* i forgot to edit my location so i had to call customer service in order for me to cancel my order (which is pretty dumb why would i need to make multiple steps just for me to cancel my order when the company hasn’t accepted it yet). when i called customer service i was received with only a “hello gomamam” not even a good morning or assalamualikum… i am very disappointed in that. i told the dispatcher that i wanted to cancel my order and was left with a “uh uh uh” and she hung up on me. pls fix ur damn company or imma sue!!!!!!!!!!!!! ### 1/5 — First time order *2026-03-12, version 7.1.7* During puasa, order jam 3pm - Sampai sungkai nadabah reply dari delivery kah atau admin. My attempt to cancel an order after the app crashed was a failure. The customer service hotline was unresponsive and unhelpful, eventually just sending an "order on the way" update, ignoring my cancellation request. The service is too slow to handle real-time problems.
