My attempt to cancel an order after the app crashed was a failure. The customer service hotline was unresponsive and unhelpful, eventually just sending an "order on the way" update, ignoring my cancellation request. The service is too slow to handle real-time problems. We give you an address for you to send to the location…you should make the phone number an OPTIONAL thing but when you register it is required to put in the phone number. Breach of privacy eh! Coz we don’t know what you’re going to do with the phone number?
