The fields for address should be clarified whether it is for birthplace or place of work. During downloading of health certificate, why is police clearance needed? Is it a crime to be unhealthy? Would the police read my health info? After confirming and clicking “Pay Now”, Visa/ Mastercard payment failed and just showed a white screen. Good thing I received a text that the transaction failed, which eases my worry on getting charged despite it not reflecting in the system. I ended up using Online Bank Transfer via Unionbank, and my transaction was confirmed within 6 hours. This payment method was also 180 pesos cheaper since there was no added service fee. Wish they’d just e-mail me a photocopy of my Official Receipt though especially when COVID-19 is still there. ### 3/5 — Needs further improvements *2021-06-03, version 1.0.2* The app is good but certain things need to be changed.
