One time I was notified of the rejection with the explanation that it was because I did not write the word ‘mobile’ in the endorsement on the back. The other times there was no explanation. If they are going to be so picky, they should at least tell you what exactly should be written. It should not be this complicated. I have not had this problem with any other bank. ### 1/5 — Where's the Update? *2026-06-09* My app won't refresh until I have the "latest update" of the app. There is no update available.i can't check on my own accounts because this app wants me to do the impossible.
