Closes out for no reason all the time and I have to redo my search. Even after updating, reloading, same - sometimes I’ll click on a home I am interested in finding more about and the app just closes out. Login issues! This app is absolutely horrible. Filters are not helpful. Cannot filter certain things without the laptop. Cannot see listing agent’s complete info without the laptop. This app needs a lot of work. ### 2/5 — Where’s the Pictures? *2021-02-26, version 3.1.31* Any property I search hasn’t shown pictures for the last few months. It’s like the pictures don’t load into the listing. I’m not sure if the devs are aware of this.. am I the only one having the issue? Hopefully a software update can fix this? ### 2/5 — From not so great to not worth it *2020-11-18, version 3.1.30* What every other one or two star review said, I agree. It’s easier to just use my device browser and use the online version of my MLS, which is inconvenient but nets better results than this app. This could be so much better and given what we pay to be members of the MLS, they should be able to provide a better app. ### 2/5 — Inaccurate Information *2020-10-15, version 3.1.30* I’ve noticed that a few properties that are actually active show up as sold on the app with the previous listing info. Makes it hard to work efficiently when you can’t get to a computer. ### 3/5 — New version *2020-09-18, version 3.1.30* I love the new look & access of the new app, however, every listing I have looked at shows all the photos in a poor quality. The thumbnails look decent, although small, & then once I scroll the the individual photos I’m left with uncertainty. ### 1/5 — No way to share *2020-08-12, version 3.1.29* I expected way more from this app. There is no way to connect with clients to share a property or chat. It gives the option but the share app button doesn’t work at all. I’ve tried several things to try to get it to work and nothing. It also has silly search functions without being able to search for something as simple as a garage. Poor execution. Wish there was a better option. I’m very disappointed. ### 2/5 — Major oversight and improvements needed *2020-08-11, version 3.1.29* Why can’t you choose / filter by category (single family vs condo townhouses)?? This seems to be a very basic filter that is missing. Property type filter is not effective at all for eliminating condos and townhouses from my searches. I can’t even submit this feedback on the app because the feedback feature isn’t working!! ### 1/5 — Can’t search by school district anymore *2020-07-29, version 3.1.29* I used to love the older version of this app, don't know why they got rid of the older version if it worked fine and was WAY more intuitive than this version. My favorite option was the school district search, I could just type in the name of the school district I wanted to search for properties within as a keyword search and was then able to further customize my search by filtering price, number of bedrooms & bathrooms etc. Not a fan of this very simplistic version of the previous app, once they update the interface to include the previous options I mentioned I’ll update my rating accordingly. ### 3/5 — Acerage *2020-07-26, version 3.1.29* The acerage option still does not work! The option is there but does not factor into results. I’ve requested support and only told to close and reopen app. That didn’t fix the problem. ### 1/5 — App is no good *2020-07-24, version 3.1.29* I personally prefer the old app over this one. When you put in address the home never comes up. Another address will pull up. It’s not user friendly and I am a computer and app wiz and even I feel this app needs better configuration. Simplified configuration. Make the app like the old one or like the actual site. ### 1/5 — The one before was way more better than this one *2020-07-08, version 3.1.29* The one before was way more better than this one for many reasons. This one doesn’t allow you to put in multiple MLS #, nor it’s accurate with the properties that are really active, or undercontract. It really needs “lot size” criteria. If you type in an address and made a mistake, one has to rewrite the complete address again. It works really bad, And I don’t like it at all. ### 1/5 — Needs Improvement *2020-06-28, version 3.1.29* I’m not even going to start telling you the amount of issues I have with this app, between the searching, the map, the order of the properties, the fact that I can’t even map the listing while I’m looking at it. SERIOUSLY?! The issue here is that none of these developers actually use the app. They would make significant changes if they did Real Estate in Miami, it’s 95 degrees outside, and this app won’t even load the property info correctly. I’m done with it. ### 1/5 — This is a JUNK I prefer the previous version *2020-06-11, version 3.1.28* I prefer the old version, this is HORRIBLE. In the previous version we had the option to input an address in the search tab and we got as a result all the listings in any status Active, Pending, etc for all the units in that building, that was perfect to compare prices, etc. in this new version we are obligated to select just one address and unit number. we have to guess between many options what’s the unit in the active status. Also the new design and layout is really bad, the previous had the Public Record in the right side, that was wonderful. Conclusion: Fire the designer/developer team and refund the money spent in this trash. ### 1/5 — MLS does not work *2020-06-07, version 3.1.28* The GOMLS app does not populate any results on my phone. Talking to IT a few times and they still have not been able to resolve it. Coming from NTREIS app, which I was able to use perfectly for my work, this app has completely halted my work on the go. Very disappointed that I had to switch from my previous app. ### 3/5 — Missing features *2020-05-26, version 3.1.25* Many times the photos of a listing will not appear. I cannot search land listings by number of acres. I can’t share listings from the app with my clients unless they are currently active. Lots of un-user-friendly things... ### 3/5 — App is looking good but need improvements! *2020-05-25, version 3.1.25* Please include the lot size filter option on Single Family search. Also, is missing an option to show the selected property on the map, please add an icon like “Show on Map”. Thank you! ### 1/5 — Terrible update *2020-05-19, version 3.1.24* The old version was much better. It kept my clients favorites updated and would alert me, which is what I most loved about using the app. Now I add clients and none of their favorited listed are saved. I’m hoping the developers of this app improve these deficiencies as these apps are the tools we use and realtors to keep up to date in this tech evolved world. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Rejoicing that I get to delete today *2023-07-26* Used this for years for the Austin MLS because I thought it was the only option. Today we got an email that they are transitioning to a new one and I couldn’t be happier. It’s more common for this app to NOT work than for it to work. The only thing that would load on 90% of listings is the first picture. No other pics, no price, no agent info; NOTHING. I would wait 5 minutes, kill/reopen the app, delete/redownload; NOTHING. Only option while driving would be to connect to hotspot and get on my laptop. Considering ATX has some of the highest dues in the country, you could imagine my frustration to be offered this garbage. Today is a great day and I am thrilled to be done with this app forever. Cheers ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2023-06-27* This app is supposed to be better and it’s just the same, makes me waste soooo much time never finds the properties in looking for and when ever I find them does not display all the information. I’m part of other boards across central Texas and this is the worse app. ABOR is more expensive than other boards and is unbelievable that they can’t provide with a decent app. ### 1/5 — Rarely works *2023-05-03* As an agent, Im super disappointed by this app. I think 9/10 times it barely works. It might populate listings on a map or list view, but then shows no data, no photos, nor profile for the listing once tapped. I’ve had this issue with this app on and off for years. Now that the Austin mls barely works on mobile, I’m forced to use this app and it really is terrible. I hate that I can’t pull up showing data or info on a listing right away. Have to go to a tablet or computer to use the browser instead. When I’m out showing, it’s embarrassing when I cant get anything to load or my clients miss out on a showing opportunity because I cant pull up the listing info. I have a 2022 iphone, i keep the software up to date. ### 1/5 — Can’t Pull the Listings *2022-04-17, version 3.3.3* The newest update in March 2022 GoMLS won’t grab the active listings. You just click on it repeatedly and nothing will happen. Also, you can’t share coming soon, pending, or closed listings with your clients and it doesn’t show whether HOA fees are paid monthly, quarterly, or annually. Please fix these bugs and I will give a 5 star review, thanks! ### 1/5 — Difficult to Pull Up By Address - I hate this app *2022-04-03, version 3.3.3* This app is difficult to use and retrieve information. The address shows up but nothing happens when selecting it. The support link here isn’t even working. Our MLS needs to get it together and hire another app provider. This is junk. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2021-09-18, version 3.3.0* I cannot believe it, the common sense is improve an existing product or item, but this app surpasses the bad qualifications. Even worse when I open the old version app this pop up and it doesn’t let me do anything. I have to uninstall it to avoid more frustrations. I apologize with my review but I can’t say nothing positive with this app since is a completely mass. ### 1/5 — Updated version of this app is a huge step back *2020-10-28, version 3.1.30* The previous version of this app was not perfect but overall pretty good. The recent (2020) update completely changed it and it is now absolutely terrible. Every agent I’ve spoken with hates it. The functionality is gone, it’s unstable and is a total pain to navigate. This “update” was botched. ### 1/5 — trash *2020-09-22, version 3.1.30* why would you even do this? this app does not work properly at all. the searches dont pull up any listings and it is full of errors. why would you not make it where our saved searches could migrate???? i worked very hard to meticulously lay out different saved searches with bery particular criteria and now i cant even go back to the old app and view the criteria to recreate it in the new app. beyond frustrating and a total waste of time. i will no longer use this app as a daily tool to help my clients thanks to your sloppy roll out of an old app that clearly doesnt work properly. trash! ### 1/5 — Previous app was so much better! *2020-09-14, version 3.1.30* Why did they replace the old app we used to use for Miami ? It was sooooo much better than this one. Much more friendly. Searches were easier to run. I cannot look up by address in this one...or at least I cannot find the way, just to give an example ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2020-09-10, version 3.1.30* This app is a step down from the older version. Im constantly having problems with it. Its not staying up to date with active available properties. When you look it up on here it says active but when you look at the same properties on mls it has been in pending for several days. There is also an issue when the app is shared with clients they are not able to open. There is also a problem when you want to start/reset a new search it won’t totally erase the information from the previous search. Explore the app features like draw and favorites.
