I’m met with a blank screen where the OTP input should’ve been, so I can’t even log into the app. And there’s no web login version too, so I’m just stranded. ### 1/5 — Require latest software update to function *2024-12-25, version 4.10.0* If you are one of those who like fancy new things and and kept with with the Jones, you’d be fine. If you like saving money for other things and would like to keep to your current functioning phone, we’ve got bad new for you. This app service will not be provided to you. Which means you can’t access and or change or details through this app. ### 2/5 — Can't use databank *2024-09-20* I cannot use the databank to deposit my data. Simple to use but I wish there is a feature that allows users to see how much data was used in previous months. ### 1/5 — Unable to login with OTP *2021-10-14, version 2.28.0* OTP is received but user presented with an empty screen… there is no place to enter a OTP! ### 4/5 — App does the job *2021-01-13* The app is pretty good. I don’t use it for much other than to check usage and contact support. Support is responsive.
