I read the review from 3y ago and it seems like the issue still stands. I’m met with a blank screen where the OTP input should’ve been, so I can’t even log into the app. And there’s no web login version too, so I’m just stranded.

If you are one of those who like fancy new things and and kept with with the Jones, you’d be fine. If you like saving money for other things and would like to keep to your current functioning phone, we’ve got bad new for you. This app service will not be provided to you. Which means you can’t access and or change or details through this app.

This app is poorly designed which detracts from the good service from GOMO.  This is the only way to interact with the service and it is quite disappointing that the app keeps failing especially accessing it from overseas…

OTP is received but user presented with an empty screen… there is no place to enter a OTP!

The app is simple and displays what has been used and what is remaining of your date this month. There are deals on the app, but they are often quite difficult to navigate or there are terms and conditions that are hard to understand.

The Gomo app works. Simple to use but I wish there is a feature that allows users to see how much data was used in previous months.

The app is pretty good. I don’t use it for much other than to check usage and contact support. Support is responsive. Wish they would include bills in the app. Makes it easier to check payment history and do claims.
