GOmobile Biznes is an application created for business and corporate clients. Gain convenient and quick access to your company's accounts, check the history of operations and authorize transfers entered in the GOonline Biznes online banking system. Access to banking services and products has never been as easy as it is today. Download the application from the store and enjoy convenient and safe access to the Bank.

PO CO po logowaniu na 2 sekundy na ekranie pojawia się napis „witamy w Gobiznesonline. Logowanie sukcesywne” ???

Czemu po otworu nie przenieść mnie na pulpit z rachunkami, szczególnie to irytuje gdy kilka razy muszę wyjść z aplikacji i za każdym razem się logowac. Face ID działa szybko, ale ten napis wisi dłużej niż proces logowania. Dramat, czemu w innych bankach nie pisze się „logowanie się powiodło”??? Może dlatego że to jest oczywiste

Wyskakuje błąd aplikacji gdy chce wprowadzić dane kontrahenta. 
Błąd pojawia się od ponad kilku miesięcy. 
Aplikacja kilka razy instalowana na nowo. Nic nie pomaga.

Już sam onboarding jest dramatyczny: widok wpisywania pinu bez dodatkowych instrukcji ani przycisku "wstecz" gdyby ktoś nie doczytał w ścianie tekstu co trzeba zrobić, żeby dostać się do rachunku, tylko kliknął CTA "aktywuj" licząc na dalsze wskazówki. Kontrolki i teksty drobne, ledwo czytelne nawet przy dużej rozdzielczości i gęstości. Touch areas też skromne, tapnięcie elementu jest czynnością precyzyjną. Brak możliwości ponowienie - o, przepraszam - utworzenia ponownego przelewu w oparciu o historyczną transakcję. I mogłabym tak długo chociaż używałam aplikacji ledwie 10 minut. Jedyną pozytywną rzeczą jest to, że otwiera się nie oczekując wpisania maskowanego hasła - co by mnie wcale nie zdziwiło w ramach GoOnline Biznes 😭

„Przy podzielonej płatności nie zostaje pobrany NIP dla danego kontrahenta. Pozostaje ręczne wpisywanie tych samych cyfr za każdym razem?” - zgłaszałem to około 2 lat temu i nadal nic z tym nie zrobili. Ciągłe „błędy aplikacji” przy próbie przelewu podatkowego.
