every time i try to start a route it says “start trip error” and goes back to the map. it’s also no longer even showing me driving options, only public transit, and yes i’ve checked my settings. Great when it works but it’s been very glitchy

I've stacked up $44. My wife $12. After this update, our account was loss. Logged in the same email we used before but 0 coins shown.

I’ve been in the NoVa area so often recently and accumulated a ton of points. Just redeemed for gift cards and it was like getting paid to park. Love it!

Really like this app! Gives you cost breakdown vs time in realtime so decision-making is easier. And rewards you for using the app, transit, and more.If you aren’t used to the interface, you can still earn rewards through other apps. Rewards are good and customer service is good if something’s gone wrong. It’s a fairly new app, so they are looking for any feedback to make it work as smoothly as possible.
