I’ve been waiting for almost 4 days and no response. My travel plans were almost ruined due to this headache. ### 2/5 — Can’t scroll, no sort *2025-11-08* Love the concept, but the UX is terrible. Maybe it’s the small resolution of my SE, but scrolling gets stuck when I try to filter my search. There’s also no way to sort by CPP value which is the only reason anyone uses Gondola ### 4/5 — Fantastic Idea; Some Design Issues *2026-06-12* The premise of the app is awesome. I love that it books direct so I can still earn points and benefit from status. It lost one star only because some of the design and touch targets feel off. I will be swiping through pictures and the app registers it as a click instead. Sometimes the app is a little slow. Nothing that will stop me from using it though. Once the design is cleaned up a bit, this will for sure be a five-star app. ### 5/5 — New way to organize my travel *2026-06-17* I like using Gondola because it notifies me when a hotel or airfare I have booked goes down. So for this year, I have saved over $100 in lower airfare and hotel rates.
