No se puede visualizar nada. Se queda cargando y nunca aparece la información.

Ya es demasiado tiempo que no actualizan la app para que funcione correctamente no carga ni contratos ni plan ni pagos, ponen promociones de pagos con Deuna pero no se puede pagar por la app porque se queda cargando el contrato y sale una pantalla en blanco, entonces de que sirve las promociones?

Hasta que no se arregle ese bug los pagos actualizaré mi calificación 

Los pagos con tarjetas de crédito no se registra o no se procesan he probado con visa de pichincha, pacificard y Mastercard de Produbanco, la app se queda procesando y nunca sale de ese proceso, mientras que el pago ya se me sale en la correo electrónico del banco y mensaje de texto en el cel y no se hace un reverso automático, toca estar contactando a soporte cada vez que me toca pagar con tarjeta, Solucionen eso por favor es algo crítico. Ya van 3 meses que me sucede lo mismo
