Even entering my location over and over again. ### 1/5 — Centereach NY location gone *2026-03-21, version 2.29.1* After the app update, Centereach NY location is no longer on the list. I usually place and pickup my orders in Centereach location but I cannot place my online order anymore coz it doesn’t show the Centereach store. I downloaded the Gong Cha app, then the Gong Cha USA app, but neither of them can detect my location. They only show addresses in other states, thousands of miles away from me. How am I supposed to order?? It’s ridiculous. I’ve downloaded dozens of food and drink apps from all kinds of American chains like McDonald’s, Raising Cane’s, MOD Pizza, Happy Lemon… even apps from big and small grocery stores. For the longest time, our go-to spot has been Joy Yee’s in Chicago. But ever since we discovered Gong Cha, it’s become our new favorite! Don’t get me wrong—we still have a lot of love for Joy Yee’s—but Gong Cha has been so good. The staff is always friendly, and the drinks are consistently amazing.
