I teach HS math & sci.  I use a dinger-bell that I ring every time a student gets 100 on a quiz or test (self-pacing platform).  I made a mistake on an exercise I put together for them, so I told them I need an “Admonish Me Gong.”  This fits the need, perfectly!

I find this app incredibly useful. If I have just made a statement I think is particularly witty or insightful, the sounding of the gong highlights to those in my immediate proximity that it is time to drop everything else and pay singular attention to me.
