## What is Gong Timer?

Gong Timer is a repeat timer that lets you freely set intervals and the number of repeats, like boxing rounds.

Use it for many purposes, such as repeating 15 minutes of work and 5 minutes of rest 10 times, or training for 3 minutes with a 1-minute break. It is useful for work, sports, study, and training.

Sounds let you know when a round starts, ends, or switches to an interval.
When the app is in the background, notifications let you check transitions.
