I renewed in January as I’ve done every year for a while. I have a Readly sub do I often read on that app but I like to own these magazines. Today it tells me I need to restore purchase but it hasn’t succeeded in recognising that I have a sub. It gave the message to contact them- who them is they didn’t say and no way on the app to seek help.
