The service is decent, but the bottom half of your car and the wheels don’t get washed. I notified the management team, but nothing changed.
I also paid for the tri-color soap package, but didn’t get it.
Better off washing my car at home.

The app worked amazingly - fast, affordable and membership plan is great with the free vacuums and unlimited use. 
I like to use the soft touch if car is dirty and too up washes with the touch-less in bay
