This app is not downloadable!  Would love to get a refund!!! Must have glitches!

I need to know what the messages saying to the individual I am sending it to before sending. Please help me too be able to read the message so that it is an appropriate one. Thank you. 
I will rate this app as soon as I can get it to work for me.
