Clicking on other menu items yields such slow response it’s basically just displaying blank white pages. Why isn’t there a member login from front page? ### 2/5 — Outdated *2026-01-21, version 3.2.12* The park listings in the app are incredibly outdated. I have used the search feature for two recent trips and at least 50 percent of the parks listed are no longer affiliated with Good Sam. Some saying that they hadn’t been with Good Sam for years!! ### 2/5 — Reviews of RV Parks Are A Joke *2025-06-25, version 3.2.12* We booked a stay in Ocean City Maryland based on the review from Good Sam giving it a 9.5/10/10. What a joke! As soon as we got there I used the restroom at the office and the bathroom was disgusting. Toilet bowl was brown and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in 4 mos. Our rig is 40 ft and we have a garage with our golf cart which we told them. They put us in a site that was 40 ft long, had to park truck in the tiny bit of yard they gave us, over the fire pit. Wi-Fi is like dial up, speed limit not enforced and I mean going 35 on up inside the park. Kids 12 and under driving golf carts. I miss Trailer Life and Woodall’s where they actually did rv park inspections! ### 4/5 — Better tan the new one! *2024-02-24* The newer (GS TRAVEL) App is unbelievably worse! Doesn’t transfer saved personal data such as favorites & comments from this one, and buries the original goal of the club (Rating and detailing RV park info) under a bunch of rental and sales related stuff. Makes me embarrassed to be a Life Member of GS. This App does a pretty good job of providing the key information needed to plan trips and book sites in a manner similar to the printed books and maps. I don’t plan on dumping this App as long as it still works. ### 1/5 — Needs work *2023-07-22, version 3.2.11* I agree with another post about not being able to comment about a park in the Good Sam App. It’s frustrating when you see a park rated high by Good Sam and then you go there and it doesn’t match the rating!!! There has got to be a way for members who PAY to BE MEMBERS post what we actually experience and show photos to back up our claims!!! So they can be re-evaluated properly !!! ### 1/5 — Pointless app *2023-07-19, version 3.2.11* The app doesn’t allow access to my membership card. It does search for parks “near me” but I can’t use the app to book, or to verify membership to get my discount. ### 1/5 — App is horrible *2023-07-07, version 3.2.11* Hard to navigate and should let you enter your membership number so you can see what you all have signed up for. I was exploring its potential and was able to attempt to plan a trip after viewing the map I was not able to find it again. And when you get to a campground and they want to see your good Sam account number it is so small on the screen you need a magnifying glass to read the numbers. I have been a GS member since 1987. The original version of the app was light years ahead of this current version. I can longer search easily by using a city or town or by using a specific RV Park name. I get frustrated trying find GS campgrounds that I have been staying at for years that won’t show up in searches. I can’t get to the information on campground layouts, site and hookup information, websites, photos, rules etc. Please go back to the original version or at least supply some new instructions for navigating the “New and Improved “ upgrade! I have to go to google now to find all the information I used to be able to get at one location, the old Good Sam original version!!! Finding RV parks is easy, and the directions and map locations are more accurate than using the park’s address in Google maps. Thanks for updating! 👍 ### 5/5 — One of the best! *2021-12-27, version 3.2.9* I use all of the RV Park apps on a regular basis and find this to be the easiest as it generally parallels their big printed directory. Their reviews and rating system is usually pretty accurate keeping in mind that their reviewers cannot visit every park every year. Other Apps let visitors post their own rating. I find those to be worthless as they follow no actual standard and are usually only written by disgruntled vs happy people! I also like that you can save your favorites and contact them or their web sites right in the app. Plus, their description of the number, size, and type of sites available is very useful. As others have said, adding ones membership info and direct access to the other Good Sam benefits (Road service, etc) would be very helpful. ### 5/5 — My travel assistant *2021-07-03, version 3.2.9* After 8 years on the road as a full time Rv’er, it’s still my go to camping app. No better way to quickly find the next Good Sam park for that 10% off. ### 5/5 — D&D&W *2020-11-23* We live by the app. We have found it to be a great tool. Although there was an issue with my most recent IOS version, it made a recovery quickly & is fine now. Lost all the favorites I had. When I open and push search now it just kicks me out of app over and over ago. The ratings are helpful and it helps us avoid the hassle of pulling into a park that can't accommodate us. I also use the map view often to find parks that are on our route.
