## What is Good Times Pilates?

Good Times Pilates is a come-as-you-are, community-focused studio. We value feel good movement, your way. 

Our 45-minute reformer classes (10 peeps at a time) are designed to energise, uplift and be joy-filled.

Dial it up or dial it down, with our 6 signature classes from classes you can do everyday, to the original, strong & spicy, and jump board.

Our space is designed so you feel welcome and supported no matter your age, ability, identity or fitness. We  are an inclusive movement community, because pilates is for every body.
