The code it gives just asks me for my email and password so what’s the use of the code. Very user unfriendly. I’ve deleted app and reloaded, still same. Download movie still won’t play until ads run. If I’m luck get through one slow loading advert another starts and it starts to freeze again. Would love for app to irk once without issues. Unfortunately, I expected a little to much of both the app and the customer service. I only hope that they have the capacity and capabilities to improve them both. The App requires: 1.0. Identification of programs that have already viewed; 2.0. Easy grouping/identification of programs due to expire; 3.0. Better syncing capabilities for offline programs. 3.1. Currently it appears that on one program can download at a time, and 3.2. The current download starts from scratch if a second program is selected for downloading. 4.0. A program selected from the “Continue Watching” section returns back to the beginning instead of where one had ceased viewing. The customer service needs: 1.0. To better know their own product; 2.0. Skills to get to the core of the issue; 3.0.
