It’s easy for them to download and easy for me to use. My patients have reassurance that they can reach me if ever needed. I can say that my patients don’t abuse their access to me. In fact they have told friends and family to connect with me, so I’ve picked up new patients for virtual consults that want my advice and second opinions. With this app, not only do I get to see the patient’s medical and dental history, I see pics in advance, so I can frame my thoughts. During our virtual visit, I’m able to really get a full understanding of what is needed and make a personal connection.
