Can’t unsubscribe that I’ve found anywhere

I will delete this review if my problem gets fixed. But I have never downloaded this app I have some of the other ones but not this one and it has somehow pulled $17.99 off of my Apple Cash that I desperately needed. I have even searched through all my emails every single one and I don't even have any emails from this app so I'm not sure what's going on but I need it fixed now please.
