No support! ### 1/5 — Very poor service *2017-08-09, version 1.2.0* Have been installing 16 cctv cameras through dvr box for a friend in his shop, have opened all the ports necessary to request outside use to login to the box yet for the past week not been able to, now really annoying me as there's no support like some company's you can get them to remote login and fix and setup for you just like Swann company does...this company don't do this instead they send you a text message or email and give you basic help.ive called them but never got anywhere and even called the broadband company still no luck..all I get is plug in unavailable so I try to obtain the active z to open and view images but that don't work either..I'm at my end here and so is my employer who is frustrated just as much as me and he spend £500 on this rubbish DVD...cameras are all OK though good hd quality but the box and it's software is rubbish not sure what he want to do now but today is last day before we send back for a refund, which is going to be a problem as there all fitted around the shop and extra extension cables bought too so very worrying. Stay clear of this box unless you want trouble. I’ve had no problems from any iOS based iPhone & iPad devices from. This has been seem-less since the very beginning. I know there’s a lot of negative reviews. However I can’t agree. The app has performed wonderfully on either WiFi, internet, or remotely. I’ve set up 8 cameras and can view all or 4 or 1. Ability to switch between them is as quick as snapshot.
