He treated me like a person, talked with me and answered questions I had. I’m thankful for his time and hope to have him back again. Honest and hard working mechanic from Goodhood (Tobias) came and fixed everything and was super time efficient and sweet! Don’t return messages through email or phone. Supposed to have 2 year warranty on fuel pump but had to replace it after only 11 months was told will not warranty the new pump? Not trustworthy or reliable. Tried on both my iPhone and IPad and both times, it won’t work - just loads the startup screen. Also, the lightbulb on driver side was replaced but doesn’t work at all. ### 1/5 — Avoid this company at all costs *2024-05-22* I contacted thus company to send a mechanic to look at my car that would not start. They persuaded me to sign up for a 12 month membership which would enable me to get free callouts and diagnostics. I was initially impressed at the speed in which a mechanic came out and determined that my battery needed replacing and that he would need authorization from the office to get a replacement. Both the mechanic and I proceeded to call and message the office for the next 3 days with no reply. I eventually called a local mechanic who came out and had me back on the road within 2 hours. This was over a month ago and despite calling their contact number almost daily, they will not reply. I have now disputed the membership fee through my credit card company. ### 2/5 — Crashes (not the car) *2025-07-13, version 58* Often have to restart app when trying to navigate it. The app leaves a LOT to be desired, from the “keep Ming touch” component to the app being helpful about what is really needed. The device that they put under the steering wheel to read codes and send to the app is not the greatest just says there are errors which by the check engine light being on, already know there are errors.
