I had to restart my phone (by clicking the volume up, then volume down, then holding down on the power button) which was pretty hard to do if the screen is frozen and you cant swipe to confirm that yes I do want to restart my phone! I legit couldn’t get past that little pop up and it wouldnt even let me unlock my phone.
