Total garbage... I spent 60 bucks on Philips led bulbs. Doesn’t work. I get the bulb to slowly blink but it never connects to my WiFi. As of sept 2021

The app doesn’t work. Tech support just uses copy and paste out of the FAQ and repeats the same things over and over again instead of providing actual support. Maybe one day when the app does work it will be worthwhile, but for now avoid any products that use this app.

I just got the light bulb in the mail and I can’t even sign up because ever time I go on the app it logs back out I

App crashes every time I try to sign up. Looks hastily put together with the app title as “Howewiz”. Deleted and returned product that was going to be used with it.

Power outage recovery does nothing at all. The lights come on every time I have an outage regardless of that setting. My guest is unable to use the app at all. He is never able to turn any of the lights on or off with it. We got so fed up we deleted the app from his phone.
