I wanted to pause my membership due to losing a job. Darin was incredibly rude and disheartening. Simply responding “we will send to collections in 7 days”. He the told me that I was being emotional. I get policy but the lack of empathy or curtesy left a base taste in my mouth. I was planning on coming back but now have zero interest. 

There are many coach programs out there. Stay away from this one.

Avoid this place! I recently experienced a sudden death in my family and needed to pause all my activities, which included not meeting with my coach, skipping training sessions, and not receiving any meal preps. I contacted them to inform them of my situation and to ensure my card wouldn't be charged $200. However, their response was disheartening—they insisted the funds would still be withdrawn, completely ignoring my difficult circumstances. I had intended to return and resume business with them after this challenging period, but now, there's no way I will!
