It’s absolute trash. ### 1/5 — Login *2026-03-06, version 6.6.3* Worst app can not login in the app I am the member I can login on browser but with my card number but asking to register very frustrating ### 1/5 — Fix the damn login *2026-03-05, version 6.6.3* For years the login on app will not work and says invalid or wrong password, even after changing it 1000 times. It's extremely frustrating on days where I don't have my key fob with me and I can't use the app to scan in at the gym since you guys don't want people using their phone numbers anymore. I don't understand how it's so difficult for this company to pay a decent developer to make an app that actually works. According to my Google search; you guys have had an app since 2013… I’ve never been able to log into it and I’ve been a member since around that time! It would be so cool if you guys actually made an app that functioned so that members could see when our classes are without having to click through a desktop version on our phones… maybe be able to add our member barcodes to our phone wallets, simplify things like literally every other company is out there striving to do! ### 1/5 — Login still broken *2026-07-02, version 6.8.1* It still says there is an issue with my membership if I try to login. Edit: *after a few days and me contacting GoodLife and IT being aware they fixed the glitch they fixed it and let me know which is great since some app developers don’t :) ### 5/5 — The “Book” tab does not show classes *2026-02-03, version 6.6.3* Thank you for the helpful response. ### 5/5 — Super Convenient *2025-12-19, version 6.6.2* This app is so convenient when I forget my key fob, I can just open of the app and get access to the gym. I noticed a small localization/UI bug on the bottom navigation tabs — labels are showing keys like Tabs.home and Tabs.classes instead of proper text. As an iOS developer, I know this is a common localization miss, but it should ideally be caught during testing before release.
