## What is Goodmeet?

Goodmeet takes the notes for your in-person meetings, so you can stay in the conversation. Put your iPhone on the table, tap record, and get a private transcript and a clear summary afterwards. No bot, no laptop, nothing to set up.

Made for the meetings that happen in the room: interviews, client visits, 1:1s, workshops, and appointments.

Recording: one tap, then put it down
■ Start recording from Home, from a meeting, or straight from a meeting reminder.
■ Goodmeet keeps recording when you lock your phone or switch apps.
■ Live Activity and Dynamic Island: see the timer at a glance and pause from the Lock Screen. Stop and save in one tap.
■ Jot down your own notes while you record, in a rich-text editor.
■ Apple Watch: start recording from your wrist when your phone is out of reach. The recording arrives on your iPhone as a new meeting.

Transcription: made on your iPhone
■ Your transcript is created right on your iPhone. No upload needed.
■ Automatic language detection: just talk, and Goodmeet works out the language.

Summaries: from conversation to next steps
■ Turn any transcript into a clear summary with next steps in one tap, and regenerate it whenever you like.
■ Summaries are made in Goodmeet's confidential cloud. Your meeting is encrypted on the way, and no one else can read it, not even us.
■ Get a notification as soon as your summary is ready.

Find and share
■ Notes, transcript, and summary side by side for every meeting.
■ Search across every meeting to find anything that was said.
■ Share with an encrypted, password-protected link you can revoke anytime, or copy the summary, notes, or transcript.
■ Rename, share, or delete with a long press or a swipe.

Goodmeet for Mac
■ In person on your iPhone, online calls on your Mac. Goodmeet for Mac notices when a call starts and takes the notes for you, with transcription right on your Mac.
■ Sign in to sync: every meeting from your iPhone and Mac lands in one end-to-end encrypted library.
■ Get Goodmeet for Mac at goodmeet.com. Requires a Mac with Apple silicon.

Calendar
■ Connect Google Calendar, Outlook, or Apple Calendar to see what's coming up, right on Home.
■ Get a reminder a minute before meetings with a call link, and start recording from the notification.

Private by design
■ Start right away as a guest, or sign in with Apple, Google, or Microsoft.
■ Turn off analytics in Settings, and delete your account anytime.

Please let people know when you're recording, and follow the recording laws where you are.
