Our trainer Jenny is absolutely amazing. She has been really insightful about our abilities and has been encouraging and supportive. I got it from my daughter and she didn’t use it. I asked my daughter to cancel it and when I double checked on my phone, I didn’t see it there as a subscription so I assumed it was canceled. I just got charged again today. I’ve looked everywhere and I don’t see any way to cancel of subscription. I sent them a message and I hope they will refund me for the previous month, but still, legit businesses should make it simple to cancel if you want to. I create e-learning’s for a living, so I know what to look for an online training. This app is very well set up and a great value for the money.
