### 5/5 — Excellent App

### 5/5 — Amazing savings!

*2021-08-24, version 1.8*

Never negotiate a cash price for your prescriptions without this app! Ever! Walgreens was going to change me over $300 for my rescue dog’s Heartworm medication… a few easy steps later and I am getting the same exact prescription across the street at Kroger for $15! Even if you have insurance you can check on the price on GoodRx and maybe get it for less than your copay! Never buy drugs without first checking this app. Period.

### 5/5 — Rosuvastatin

Good RX is a great company to work with I appreciate their help they’ve always got my back thank you

### 5/5 — Costco overcharged me...

*2021-03-13, version 1.6*

Normally I pay about $40 a month for a certain medication. In March Costco charged me over $80 for the same medication. And now I find out, had I used this app I could’ve paid $8.00 for that medication. I am a senior citizen, that’s a lot of money to me. Can’t imagine why they would charge this much for a generic medication when I could’ve purchased it for eight dollars. What a racket.

### 5/5 — Everyone needs this app

*2020-12-24, version 1.6*

I appreciate knowing the price and where to get the medicine I’m a doctor and I share this app with everyone I can.

### 5/5 — Indispensable for my patients within insurance

*2020-12-20, version 1.6*

It’s amazing the savings that are available. The same script can be found for better prices. Sometimes better than prices under insurance benefits.

### 5/5 — Best app

*2020-08-19, version 1.6*

I can’t believe the price range of the medication. Is this sounding how you can find a bargain when you look for it!

### 5/5 — Wonderful program

*2020-08-12, version 1.6*

Wonderful tool for practice. So helpful for no insurance patients

### 5/5 — Great Discounts in meds 👍

*2020-07-30, version 1.6*

It’s unbelievable how with GoodRx discount we can get cheaper prices than with our insurance coverage for so many meds. Thank you 🙏

### 5/5 — Great job!

*2020-07-19, version 1.6*

This app is fantastic if only the pharmacists at Walgreens and other big name Pharma’s knew how to use it rather than playing dumb or saying it doesn’t work, out of laziness or just wanting to continue gouging the customer.
(but don’t let them off the hook because the price didn’t come out of nowhere)
Have had prescriptions that Walgreens wanted over $700 for, and got them elsewhere for about $.10 on the dollar, so beware and price check.
  Great app!!

### 5/5 — Savings galore!

*2020-06-20, version 1.6*

Anytime I can use GoodRX I am thrilled because it’s so much less expensive than my coverage.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Very Disappointing

*2022-05-17, version 1.8.1*

I use a number of these pharmacy discount sites. GOOD RX is definitely the most cumbersome to use. You go in, they have to send you a text (!!!), and then you get a few prices, finally you hit the “See All” button and you get all the prices to compare. TOO MANY STEPS COMPARED TO OTHER PHARMACY DISCOUNT SITES! I won’t be using this awkward site again . . .

### 1/5 — Beware!! Price changed the same day!

*2021-02-27, version 1.6*

I ordered a refill of my prescription. Went to pick up my prescription only a few hours later, and as I am standing waiting for it I have the price pulled up on my cell phone, but the store clerk said the medicine was $6.00 higher than what the GoodRX app said. I seen the lower price and so did the store clerk on the app, but they still wanted to charge the $6 higher price. They said the prices on GoodRX app are only an estimate and aren’t guaranteed since it is a third partty provider. What the heck!!! I’m unemployed with no health insurance. I can’t rely on this app to have accurate prices!!! It’s a bait and switch tactic if you ask me. Maybe I should report this incident to the FTC or attorney general.

### 1/5 — Pro

*2020-06-05, version 1.6*

I cannot find the regular good ex in the App Store anymore. All that is there is Pro. Which seems to be for the doctor. So I have to change the quantities every time I enter a prescription. The have to email the coupon to myself. How can I get the regular good ex back?

### 1/5 — Mire Hype than Substance

*2018-10-25, version 1.5*

The entered my regular prescription including popular drugs for type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure. The prices listed were what I know to be the usual list price for each of my four prescriptions. So where’s the deal with this app? App user beware... look up you app on hooded and if useless, delete it. Not worth having it track you and provide the publisher valuable business data!

### 2/5 — Too difficult

*2022-12-27, version 1.9.3*

I can’t figure out how to add meds to my list. My husband usually did it, but he died suddenly so I only know how to delete meds, not add them. I also can’t find any information on how to do it.

### 2/5 — Keeping up!

*2019-05-29, version 1.5*

I’ve found that information that physicians need to know is not getting to them for some reason, and some continue to write prescriptions for medications that are no longer available. Pharmacies are able to know this when some physicians are unaware. In the field of psychology, I think this can be dangerous to patients/clients, but of course, it can be to many people! As a patient, not being able to get one of two meds for migraines and finding out that it is no longer available was confusing, especially because I had been using the GoodRx coupon for the other medication, and had the coupon for the one I was trying to get. Nothing has really stopped them, but I have some relief for a brief time. I can enter the information and it will give me the same pharmacies! I think it’s great for patients and I wish more physicians would use it. But staying up to date with the medications (which I thought was happening as I read different articles or information from this developer) is extremely important. Please make sure that you do this! Thanks!

### 2/5 — Confusing!!

*2018-09-19, version 1.5*

The differences in This app vs the regular Good Rx App are very unclear. The plain Good Rx App works great and is honored by most largerer pharmacy chains. The smaller private ones or “mom & pop” like stores are a little pickier if they will honor the discount or not. You have to take into consideration their wholesale cost is often higher than the bigger chain stores. So it is harder for them because in some cases they are actually loosing money if they honor the coupon!!
This apps’ very confusing as to what it actually does that is different from the original app!! Hence the reason for the low rating! Plus it is much more confusing to use!!

### 4/5 — Magaging medications

*2018-12-10, version 1.5*

Both versions of the tool (patients and doctor) are really good but should share some of the same function. A full description of the pill and all its side affects is a good. example. Overall good but is lacking in some of the same are. It’s clear the main purpose is price scouting, this a positive function. Adding the pill description and other attributes is also positive. I use this tool when checking off my meds I currently take, paperwork received, and this tool again so that there is no errors. The picture of the pill is a major plus. Thanks for that. Additional functions would be a custom profile record that would track meds being taken, dose, time, when (once or twice a day, once a week, ext). Perhaps a pill count and estimated time of renewal. Basically anything req by the person taking the meds. Also, this is a biggie, simply functions for copy or duplicate existing records and a way to track current meds taken and a record for when dose changed. Last month it was 15mg now it’s 20mg only to see it Chang again to 15 mg.

### 4/5 — Could be a little better

*2018-05-29, version 1.4*

One modification I would make, is to be able to send the actual coupon and not a link that the patient the needs to click to get to a screen to then click again to see the coupon

### 5/5 — Appreciation!

*2024-03-02*

Thank you for providing this benefit to lower the price of prescription drugs. It is very helpful to me and others for whom these drugs are essential for better health. You have been a blessing to each of us.

Regards,
SC

### 5/5 — Mrs b

*2023-04-26*

Saves us money and shows how much our medications are overpriced by the pharmaceutical companies just for their personal gain! They could be a little less greedy n use a standard calculation to cover development n research. They could then add a reasonable percentage for investors. NO ONE NEEDS TO MAKE MILLIONS N BILLIONS to live in our country!! It’s ridiculous the salaries given in our society!!!!!

### 5/5 — So handy and easy

*2023-04-20*

All I have to do is enter the generic name of the med and push the button. What good Rx says is what you pay based on your pharmacy name. I love it! You can even choose the one you prefer. May have to transfer the Rx to them though.

### 5/5 — I’m so happy you guys here for people who are really needs thank you so much for helping

*2022-12-30, version 1.9.3*

So Sabah

### 5/5 — How do you do it?

*2022-11-27, version 1.9.3*

Price is 1/2 what it would be if I used insurance?

### 5/5 — Lidocaine Patches

*2022-09-20, version 1.9.1*

The web site is very user friendly and I plan on using it. My own health insurance denied a RX for a simple non- addicting patch to help with my neck pain from a very serious accident.

### 5/5 — Medication for

*2022-06-03, version 1.8.1*

Thank you

### 5/5 — Nebivolol
