The ironic thing is that I had gotten 2 hours of free play today and 2 hrs of boosters. Well, I spent 45 mins trying to open it, it shut down immediately, so I would try again and again, lost 45 m s. And if I got anywhere, I would get ads. Then I would play, and the whole thing started to mess up again. Tried support, all I got was a privacy page; dated 2023. Wifi or no wifi, it keeps doing that: Not sure if I am able to continue, too bad as it is my favorite game. HOWEVER, the length of ads is RIDICULOUS. Every 5 or so levels, I’ll get a level so difficult that I have to use numerous “watch an ad for 60+ secs” bonuses to get more time to finish the level but each ad is anywhere from 2-3 mins long! To earn only 60 seconds?! Thats insane. Over the past week, I’ve found myself getting increasingly frustrated at the length of ads that I end up just closing the game and not even playing again. ### 4/5 — Addictive but the Game Skims Earnings *2025-12-30, version 1.5.5* I play this game for hours. It’s relaxing and helps with my hand-eye coordination. I would give the game a 5-star rating but I am routinely robbed of earned game coins. Upon successful level completion, awarded coins are displayed. When the award is claimed by clicking the “claim” button, the earned coins transfer into the accrued game balance. However, with regularity, even though the transfer takes place graphically my balance doesn’t change. This isn’t cool; I lose 20-100 coins each time this happens. The game steals hundreds of coins from me each day! ### 2/5 — HORRIBLE AD , CAUSES STRESS *2025-12-29, version 1.5.5* I bought this ad-free and another version of the game, I paid for ad free versions of both in the same 30 min. Even though I removed ads, I still have to watch ads to unlock pieces of the game or to extend time so that I can continue ru okay. The WAY ads are in games is extremely annoying and stressful. It completes defeats the purpose of me buying the game, which is usually to tune out of stressful sensory bombardment from around me. All I want is a game that can be played for a long time without being timed and without worrying about losing lives. I just need to tweak on organizing shelves to calm myself, occupy myself during long flights or long waits in line. The way the ads are designed makes them intentionally abusive. We have to look for an “X” or another symbol to close the ad and many times it requires closing pages multiple times. Having to do this at least once on every level means I only get 6 minutes of satisfaction for 2 minutes of extreme frustration. In fact, it makes me HATE the games being advertised so badly that I want all those games to go bankrupt. The ads should just play, end and my game should automatically resume without requiring actions from me. Please take a course on advertising. You are advertising a product to me. Your goal is to get me to want the product. The ad should be a PLEASANT EXPERIENCE. You shouldn’t cause me to be feeling raging hate for the games you’re advertising. And cause me to feel so fed up that I’m taking my precious time to write this review. Also you have like 8 versions of the same game on the App Store. REMOVE THD OLD VERSIONS! As I was trying to play, I would get stopped with the message that I need to update to the latest version of the game in order to continue. THEN WHY DID YOU LET ME DOWNLOAD THE OLD VERSION. The processes in the game take too long. Like I said, it’s a bad design when the player only gets 6 minutes of satisfaction only to be interrupted by 2-3 minutes of stressful experiences whether it’s poorly designed ads or just processes of the game that take too long to play out. You have to understand your customer. People who play games like this don’t want a real challenge, we don’t want to solve the weight of a nuclear molecule, we don’t want to know if we have grit and perseverance. We just want to have something to do on our phones to keep our minds off something else. We want it to be calming and easy. We don’t want to feel like we’re doing homework or the household budget. When customers pay to remove ads, your program should recognize those customers as people who want a better easier flow from the game. You can’t just remove some ads and then force us to deal with in-game unlocking ads in the most obnoxious ancient ad programming ever. There’s no reason to force an abundance of 2 minute ads for absolutely everything. I love the sorting/matching, but it is absolutely not worth it to waste so much time waiting for super long ads for absolutely everything aspect of the game. Earn coins from playing?
