This makes it impossible and frustrating even if you were well, never mind when you are so unwell you are needing to report a day off work ### 2/5 — Not working since update *2025-02-13, version 5.4.0* Since the update a couple of days ago I have noticed that the app is not loading properly. I’m not sure how to contact the developers apart from here. I am using an iPhone if it helps. It won’t recognise my email. I have had several emails back and forth with goodshapetasking me to clear my cookies etc and nothing has worked. This has gone on for nearly a year and still no solution. If I could report an absence on the website this wouldn’t be much of an issue, but for some reason this isn’t an option ### 1/5 — Poor *2024-10-09, version 5.0.0* A poor app when it comes to long term absences and updating absences. Every single day of lost hrs needs to be input again and again and again. It doesn’t retain the previous information added. You cannot go back if an error is made which affects absence management data for the individual and organisation. You can’t cancel an absence on the app if you have made an error. You cannot add a shift pattern that is longer than a week - so it doesn’t work for shift workers at all ### 1/5 — Software development *2024-09-26, version 5.0.0* How did this app pass software testing it’s not fit for purpose ### 1/5 — Not working *2024-09-16, version 4.2.0* I keep on getting told to try again later for the last few days ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work very often *2024-08-25, version 4.1.0* It’s good when it works but it doesn’t work very often and will log you out and forget all your details ### 1/5 — Rubbish *2024-08-01, version 3.4.0* Tried to update my absence. All I need to do is add on an additional six weeks onto my current sickness. So my current fit date needs to be adjusted for 6 weeks in the future from my existing return to work date. Easy right? Wrong. App asks for every single working day from the very start of my current period of sickness. That will be 3 months worth. But half of that has already been reported!! Plus I work adjust days. I will not be be using the app. ### 1/5 — Highly Inefficient Data Entry *2024-07-01, version 3.4.0* This app asks for EVERY day of absence to be separately recorded including the hours worked which again the standard hours need to changed each time. This is so inefficient. I agree with other users that having to input details if every shift is ridiculous. I have supplied a start and end date of a GP fit note and that should suffice. Things like making people mental health worse. Taking money from people without permission. So I can’t use any of it. Very sad and not helpful at all. Box ticking by the nhs. If we don’t log our absences, it’s a serious matter with our managers.
