The lack of commitment to delivery times is unbelievable. Orders are constantly delayed, and no one seems to care about customers' time or inconvenience. What makes it even more frustrating is that the prices are significantly higher than almost every other supermarket in Egypt, yet the service quality is among the worst I have experienced. As a long-time customer, I kept hoping things would improve, but the exact opposite happened. Every order turns into a stressful experience filled with delays, poor service, and disappointment. Charging premium prices while providing such poor service is simply unacceptable. After years of loyalty, I can honestly say that I regret continuing to deal with this company and will think twice before ordering again.
