When told that I am checking the app and unfamiliar with the interface, he said and I quote, “ Then do it properly.” In the conversation of 3 minutes, he insulted his potential customer 3 times which was not what I was expecting. When you are new to an app, you want to see all it’s features and everything. I was just trying to get familiar with the app before I start using it.
