This app provides 
helpful questions for anyone who may need help identifying the actual emotions they are feeling. Emotions can be layered, buried, and tangled in many complex ways. Such a simple, non-threatening, helpful app for a person to get to the root emotion or as far down as they feel comfortable going. The great thing is the person is in complete control of where their information goes, they can delete it, send it in an email to themselves, or send to someone they trust. Great job!!

Mental health is really important. I know there are a few people in the world who need to tell someone about how they are feeling. Whether that be a good or a bad thing, this app covers that basis really well. It is simple. You describe how you feel, write it down, and send to a friend or family member. That’s it!!! The only major gripe I have is the only option to send your report is via email. Even then, it is only a small problem. I would recommend using this app for counseling someone who may need help. Very good job to the developer.
