Recently, performance issues have been popping up while on latest iphone air, ios updated, app fully updated. The lag has been getting really bad. Alle Aufgaben sind leicht zugänglich und veränderbar. Meine Empfehlung: alle wichtigen Aufgaben zeitlich zu ordnen. Die manuelle Verschiebung auf dem Scrum Board ist sehr einfach. Die Zeiten ändern sich von alleine. Man muss sich nicht unbedingt an die Zeiten halten, die so verschoben werden, der Vorteil darin liegt darin, dass die Aufgaben so nicht verschwinden und aus dem Blickfeld geraten. ### 5/5 — Schon fast genial *2026-04-04, version 8.2.0* Einfach die schon vorhandenen Fähigkeiten von iOS zu nutzen und sie durch umfangreiche Filter und Ansichten zu ergänzen, ist eine geniale Idee. Zu jeder selbst oder automatisch erstellten Liste gibt es acht Ansichten. Zudem lassen sich Termine aus dem Kalender einblenden, was eine gute und übersichtliche Planung auch großer Aufgabenmengen möglich macht. Der Fokus läßt sich auf den Tag legen und minutiös planen. Der große Vorteil ist die umfangreiche Personalisierung, die hier vorgenommen werden kann. Das braucht am Anfang zwar Zeit, die wird aber durch gut geplante Tage belohnt. Getting Things Done ist hier kein Problem. Nachdem ich diese App nun ein paar Tage benutzt habe, gibt es wegen einiger Ungereimtheiten und Bugs einen Stern Abzug. Sie hat Potenzial, aber zu viele Baustellen. Nachtrag: Wegen vieler Updates wieder volle 5 Sterne. ### 4/5 — Promising Task Manager with Room for Improvement *2026-03-30, version 8.2.0* It’s a decent app with many productivity features. I’ve personally never liked apps that hijack your Reminders and force you to use them as a way of managing your tasks, but this one is particularly well done. Unfortunately the biggest drawback is feature parity between the two apps. It’s got so many options, that figuring out how to make it do what you want it to do is sometimes extremely difficult. It could use major improvement and how you create filters. I had a few issues setting up a replica of Linear sprints (work stuff) but for personal tasks. Developer is unbelievably responsive and helpful. Completely solved my issue. It requires some patience, but is a remarkably powerful tool. Considering it’s essentially a visual layer over your iOS reminders, it’s remarkable. I love that they don’t read your data. E2E encryption on iOS reminders, and therefore here as well. Very fairly priced. Thank you. For some strange reason this app refuses to function unless I give it access to these other apps. Why? Why can’t I use it solely for separate tasks I assign it? Is this a spy app? The developer does a great job of constant monitoring and updating the app. It's loaded with tons of options, mini that I don't use because I have found those that work best for me, that give the user various alternatives for setting up and daily use. Particularly, depending upon which ever task management philosophy you're accustomed to. Whether it's something very simple, or very complex, this app does so much. And the fact that it's layer on top of the reminders app means that all the information is still in the generic reminders app (though not organized as well, e.g. the benefit of this app) end it allows you to add tasks using Siri with ease.
