Hi Sourabh, concerns like fewer matches or even seeing a blank feed for some time can absolutely happen, especially as we are still growing. However, calling all profiles on the platform fake is simply not true. We take profile verification and authenticity seriously, and our team works hard every day — often investing our own time and money — to build a meaningful and trustworthy platform. We completely respect honest criticism and transparent feedback, but we also request fairness while making public claims about the app. We have also been consistently trying to assist you over the last few days through our help chat, which is why such broad claims feel unfair to the efforts being made by the team.
