After several tries, I couldn’t receive the OTP. So I signed in with apple, which worked. But when I was about to book an appointment, but adding my credit card keeps failing. Might be bug issues because the friend was also experiencing them. ### 3/5 — Facebook Login Not Working Anymore *2026-02-04, version 4.12.19* Error: “App not active: This app is not accessible right now and the app developer is aware of the issue. You will be able to log in when the app is reactivated.” Used to be my best cleaning service app but now I can’t login ### 3/5 — App login and chat not working *2026-01-27, version 4.12.19* I have been trying to recover my old account using fb but to no avail. Chat also does not function well. No improvements after several months. ### 2/5 — Doesn’t let you know when booking was canceled *2024-03-22, version 4.12.0* There’s no notification that my booking got canceled, I have gone home specifically for this and of course can’t rebook anything on super short notice. Big flaw that should be addressed ### 3/5 — Bring back laundry service *2024-01-10, version 4.12.0* Really loved this app up until they removed the laundry service. It was really convenient and the delivery and pick up is really within the time slot you choose. Talked with their CS and it seems the service was permanently removed because it wasn’t aligned or something. Quite disappointing as the laundry service was much more useful than the “refined” or “healurway” ones. ### 3/5 — Good Prices, Unreliable Schedules *2023-07-22, version 4.12.0* I use the app mainly for laundry services. It’s such a shame cause they have good/reasonable prices but their pick-up and delivery schedules are so unreliable. They confirm schedules and assign riders, only for no one to show up without notice or explanation. Multiple instances of late pick-ups and deliveries too. ### 2/5 — Don’t recommend this app *2022-12-07, version 4.12.0* 1. The UX is not that great 2. It’s SO DIFFICULT to find a service provider, especially for massage therapists. You’d think this app makes it easier to find home service providers, but no. 3. The app doesn’t notify your ‘Suki’ provider if you’ve chosen them for another session. ### 4/5 — App is Convenient and Sulit *2022-05-23, version 4.11.10* The app is good its like a one stop shop for all your wellness needs. Service partner did not arrive at the specified arrival time which was already a reschedule suggested by the service provider. Wasted my time waiting for nothing which threw off my schedule for the day. It made me think twice about using this app again and I am now looking for alternatives. ### 1/5 — Nice app, bad service *2021-09-18, version 4.11.9* I gave this app multiple chances. I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app many times. Booked services from mani-pedi to haircut. The services were just okay. My main problem is that they are always houuuurs late. One even got lost and asked a bajillion questions on how to reach my house. They should have researched how to get to a location before leaving. I was concerned because they said they commuted so much. That's not safe for her and us at home because she might get exposed to the virus. It’s also not true that they wear PPE. Maybe that’s just for their famous clients. What a shame cos the app is super nice and convenient with a good variety of services. ### 2/5 — Good App, Unprofessional Service *2021-03-14, version 4.9.3* The first time I booked for a pedi/foot spa for my senior parents, the rep came 3 hours late. Booked a massage service for today, the rep just requested to move one hour down. Assignment of the person to the job didn’t take long. They were also wearing personal protective equipment. Their temperature was sent before going to my house. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — location not appearing *2026-05-29, version 4.12.19* Regardless of the location I input, it always says “no location found”. I tried every possible location, nothing is found even the big buildings around the area. So yeah, I cannot use the app to order services from them. ### 1/5 — Crashes *2026-03-24, version 4.12.19* Can’t really use the app because i wanted my chair to be cleaned. It always crashes when i scroll through the upholstery menu. ### 1/5 — Cannot log in. No customer support *2026-01-15, version 4.12.19* I’ve been trying to log in for the past 5 days to no avail. Logged in using mobile but I didn’t receive any OTP. Tried logging in via Facebook but it shows an error. Worse, there’s no way to reach them. Not responsive in messenger nor IG. ### 1/5 — Login issues *2025-12-11, version 4.12.19* After this update, i tried logging in to my account again but it keeps returning an error (my account is tied to my facebook account). I am effectively locked out of my account therefore and could no longer access my saved pros. There also does not seem to be a fix as i tried linking my number to the account but it insists that my number is already tied to my facebook login which again, i am unable to use as login anymore as the app returns an error. ### 1/5 — Some cleaners act like taxi drivers *2025-12-10, version 4.12.19* Ive been using this app for few years already and their service was getting bad. App is so buggy now and their cleaners are acting like taxi drivers who requests to cancel booking due to far proximity. We booked in advance to avoid headaches, but when the date is near these cleaners tries to cancel/change booking. So unprofessional. The least you guys can do is inform us the moment you get our booking so we can get new one and plan ahead. Not recommended anymore. ### 1/5 — No access to customer care *2025-08-17, version 4.12.19* Imagine your provider has been on the way for more than an hour. She stopped replying and wont answer calls. I am left wondering when she will come or if she will come at all. AND WORSE, THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE TO HELP ME. Their messenger gives a temp help link that isnt working. You have no one to turn to. ### 1/5 — Mediocre *2024-12-26, version 4.12.5* I spent the whole afternoon correcting their mistake. Whole balcony is soapy on our feet and when we enter indoor, our feet stains the indoor floors. Checked the toilets, sink and toilet bowl remains dirty - I had to redo the wiping. Spent whole afternoon supposedly to play with kids, they think they can come back to correct their mistake but trust is a big word they need to understand. We trust that they will spend their time wisely to clean our home 5.5 hours but leave at 2 hours and 10 minutes. Our cleaners leave 2.5 hours later, longer still without balcony clean so we know if the cleaning is goid or not. This is the second time we took a Paranaque based cleaner and we are disappointed so never again. ### 1/5 — Cancelled then no match *2024-05-08, version 4.12.0* First time using app, seemed to not be matching to service provider, then received a message from someone within app that they would be the massage therapist. Went to check app a few minutes later, and had been cancelled on. Trying to book again, am receiving no match, and, when I went to try to cancel to try a different time, app says I would be less likely to get matches—after cancellation and not matching anything for the time chosen. Also apparently can’t cancel with “other” option because app won’t close keyboard to allow hitting submit button. Terrible design. ### 1/5 — Lost laundry items; poor app support *2023-07-27, version 4.12.0* Their laundry service provider lost several items worth thousands of pesos. They also tend to mix up other people’s clothes with mine. I had to beg Goodwork support to keep checking with the laundry shop. There was no way to compensate for the lost items nor did they have any initiative to investigate on their own. Though my rider was excellent, Goodwork’s support team and laundry providers are quite irresponsible. I wouldn’t entrust my laundry with them. ### 1/5 — Could not leave reason for cancellation *2023-05-04, version 4.12.0* I booked a cleaning service but the Service provider wanted to conduct her services on a different schedule to which I am unavailable due to work. When I was typing the keyboard covers the textfield and the button so I couldnt see if I had typos and most importantly could not tap the submit button.
